Kids & Teens Training
Working with Kids and Teens is one of our absolute favourite services that we offer! The purpose behind our kids and teens training is to help inspire, encourage and support positive relationships between training and their bodies. We teach them that we train because it betters our physical and mental health, quality of life and promotes a love for their bodies that they can carry with them for the rest of their life.

What the Parents Say
Bec R.
“The kids class’s and the school holiday program have been amazing! The absolute excitement Em has before and after is amazing. She is excited when she gets to do activities like the adults and thinks it’s the best thing ever. It’s been amazing to watch the kids grow in confidence and their skills every week is beautiful to see.”

“We already love TMT and now so does our 6 year old. He has been doing the kids classes since they began and not only loves them, but has met and made new friends and has so much fun and looks forward to going twice a week.
The trainers Teneath, Taylor and Reece are amazing and do a terrific job. They treat the kids with respect and like they are their own and most importantly they are fun and easy going which the kids love.”
Ana
“The kids classes at TMT are so great for confidence and skills building. My daughter loves to tell anyone who will listen how fun that are and that her favourite exercise is box jumps. She loves that she gets to join in with the bigger kids and do exercise like mummy.
I love that she is building her fine and gross motor skills at such a young age, and having the best time at the same time!”
